I just found all sorts of reports that I can pull, so feel free to update your lists and items freely. I do not get an update every time you add or remove something. Someone mentioned that they thought I would kill them for making so many updates. Don’t worry. Add and subtract away.
My one caveat is that I do my final adjustment Wednesday morning. I print off the list of all the books that came out that week that are on your lists and compare it to my list. So please try to have any adjustments made by Tuesday night, or I may miss it.
Also, if there is anything you see in the new Previews catalog, you can add it to your pull list and I will print a report at the end of the month and use those when making my order.
A pull list is simply a list of books each week that people ask me to hold for them. Comixology sets it up two ways, either a pull or a subscription. The difference, I believe, is that a pull is a one time thing while a subscription is the continual pull of that title.
Customers do pull lists so that they don’t miss getting a book in case they either forget about it or I sell out.
