Well, almost. I’ll be back in the store tomorrow. I hope all went well with your shopping experiences since I have been gone. If there were any problems or mistakes, please let me know and I will do my best to take care of them.
I had planned to use the some of the time to think about things I wanted to do at the store (promotions, events…) but, to be honest, I didn’t think about the store beyond doing a reorder Sunday night. I had planned to go see Green Lantern on a rainy day, but we didn’t have one, so, no, I haven’t seen it yet.
It feels very odd not having read a weeks worth of books. I will be pretty useless at this week’s podcast (bite your tongue), but it will good to sit and listen. I haven’t listened to the one that was done in my absence yet. Sandi said I couldn’t listen to it on the way home. For some reason, she’s not interested.
Everything I read about the DC relaunch gets me more excited. I hope you guys are interested as well. I realized that my Five Year Anniversary will be the same week that the first wave of books arrive. Thanks for helping me make it special, DC!
I won’t be able to do a Previews podcast this month. I finally read it on the drive out of town and my final order is due on Thursday, so I am going to be rushing to just get the order done. So, if there was something in the current book you want, let me know asap.
