Picks of the Week: 02/24/2016

Even though there is a lot of good stuff this week, we seemed to have all gravitated towards the same handful of books. Also, don't forget that there is only one week left in Valiant Comics Month, and check out trades in the D and Q sections for the Alphabet Sale. Here are our picks of the week:

SUPERMAN THE COMING OF THE SUPERMEN #1 (OF 6) | Picked by Josh

(W/A/CA) Neal Adams
From legendary writer/artist Neal Adams comes a threat so epic it will take more than one Man of Steel to handle it in this new 6-issue miniseries!

This battle of titans also features the machinations of Lex Luthor, plus fan favorites Jimmy Olsen and Lois Lane aiding in the fight for Truth, Justice and the American Way.

Publisher: DC COMICS
(W) Geoff Johns (A/CA) Jason Fabok
The epic "Darkseid War" continues as the League is forced to unite with their evil counterparts, the Crime Syndicate, to defeat the nigh-omnipotent Anti-Monitor! Plus, what is the terrible secret behind Superwoman's newborn child?

Thirty years from today..."THE ANALOG MAN" goes to war with Ninjak!

Far into a post-apocalyptic future, Los Angeles has descended into chaos. Even the remaining heroes of the Valiant Universe can't stand against the G.A.T.E. super-tech that dominates the wastelands. As Bloodshot and Magic emerge with a small group of survivors in tow, an unexpected ally from the past shows up, seeking help, forcing Bloodshot to either turn his back on his friend...or his family!

New York Times best-selling writer Jeff Lemire (Extraordinary X-Men) and artist extraordinaire Lewis LaRosa (The Punisher) bring down the hammer on a metal-tearing vision of the future that must be seen to be believed right here in the second scorching chapter of "THE ANALOG MAN"!
